Your proven abilities to effectively back up and manage an account management team will be put to the test in this role.
The role encompasses:

  • Telephonic and email based interaction with customers for quoting and query solving purposes
  • Telephonic and email interaction with suppliers
  • Telephonic and email interaction with third party providers
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years IT Internal sales experience
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry
  • Good knowledge of suppliers and their products
  • Able to maintain pipeline information
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time
  • Excellent communication skills
